整車truckload(TL)which provide service to shippers who have enough volume to fill up the whole truck.Since one shipper is able to fill up the whole truck, there in no necessity to have a terminal. 零擔less than truckload(LTL)which provide service to shippers with small shipment volume.Therefore, carrier need a terminal to consolideta the numerous small shipments into truckload quantities.
